All graduation livestreams are free to view and open to the public.
JD Video is not responsible for technical issues such as internet outages, school-provided power loss, or weather-related disruptions that may affect the live broadcast.
The livestream recording will remain publicly viewable after the event.
Digital downloads are delivered as 1080p HD MP4 files and made available via a secure download link sent to your email.
Download links are active for 90 days after the files become available.
Each purchase allows a maximum of 5 download attempts per customer.
No physical product will be delivered with digital downloads.
BluRay copies are professionally produced and shipped after the final edited video is completed.
Orders are subject to a minimum threshold of total BluRay sales.
If the minimum order requirement is not met, BluRay customers will be notified by email, receive a full refund, and a discount code to purchase the digital download.
If the minimum is met, production and shipping are typically completed within 4–5 weeks after the event.
Digital downloads are typically available within 2–3 weeks after the ceremony.
BluRay production takes 4–5 weeks if the order minimum is met.
Shipping timelines may vary based on demand, supplier availability, or unforeseen delays.
All video content is the property of JD Video.
Digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may share the downloaded file with family, but you may not upload, stream, sell, or distribute the content publicly or for profit without written permission.
Schools retain the right to request removal of any video upon written request if a specific privacy or policy issue arises.
